Preparation:
1-. To start the preparation, put the olive oil in a saucepan and add the tomatoes, peppers and garlic all very finely chopped. Leave to cook on a low heat.
2-. Once the sauce is cooked, add the meat, wine, bay leaf and salt and allow to simmer for a while.
3-. Next add the rice and the artichokes and simmer for a few minutes. Add the water and the saffron or Safrante.
4-. Stir until all the water has been absorbed, turn off the heat and leave until the rice is fully cooked.
5-. Once cooked, remove from the heat and decorate with the black pepper, and cooked seafood.
